Taylor Swift’s Speak Now album feels like a diary you were never meant to read, but you’re so glad you did! This album is full of confessions whispered in the dark and shouted from rooftops. Speak Now is theatrical and vulnerable, capturing the ache of growing up and the thrill of being authentic. This reading list is for the storytellers who feel deeply, the ones who believe in second chances, and anyone who’s ever wanted to crash a wedding.

This reading list is for the romantics who jump before they look, the ones who believe in magic, and anyone looking to be lost in a story. These books have the same golden glow that makes Fearless so nostalgic. 

The only reason this book wasn’t five stars was that it took me a while to get into it. I thought the beginning was a bit slow, but it really picks up about halfway through. I rarely cry real tears while reading, and I did. Lots of them. This book was wholesome beyond measure, and the characters underwent significant positive character development. The romance was swoon-worthy, and the plot was fresh and unique. 

This is my book of the summer! Ali Hazelwood has encapsulated everything I needed in a summer romance and placed it into 400 pages of perfection. From Maya and Conor’s banter to the wedding gone sideways, I loved everything about this book!

I may be in a reading slump after this one, but it was worth it! The Unmaking of June Farrow is easily my favorite book I read this year.
