We loved this series, and the movie! (Well, at least the first one, but that is a conversation for another time…) This series is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, which is relatively close to where we live.
A Book That Represents A Place You Would Love To Travel To:
Taylor- The Sun is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon
This book is based in New York, which is one of my favorite cities! I have been there multiple times. I have many great memories there, and would love to go back again!
Jessica- Again, But Better by Christine Riccio
As this book is narrated by a student studying abroad, there are many exotic destinations that the characters traveled to! Living in Germany for two years allowed us to travel to all of the destinations traveled to in the book and many more, although I would love to go back!

Taylor- Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
I feel as though my favorite color is constantly changing, and Everything, Everything includes a lot of my favorites. Plus, the cover is beautiful!
Jessica- Windfall by Jennifer E. Smith
I love all of the colors on this book! The blues and greens look so bright, and this book cover is definitely one of my favorites.
Which Book You Have The Fondest Memory Of:
Taylor- Charlotte's Web by E.B. White
This book was the first book I remember choosing, and reading all on my own as a kid. This book has a special place in my heart.
Jessica- The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
Reading this aloud in elementary school sparked a love for reading in me. I read this series in days, and was already anxious for more. Sense then, I never stopped reading!
The Book You Had The Most Difficulty Reading:
Taylor- The Red Badge of Courage by Stephen Crane
If I had chosen to read this book, then maybe I would have had more motivation, but it was an assigned school book. I had no interest in reading this, and found the writing very confusing.
Jessica- Quests for Glory by Soman Chainani
This book released a LONG time after I had read the original series, and I was so confused! I’d forgotten the majority of the characters. After I remembered who everyone was, this book was very enjoyable.
The Book In Your TBR Pile That Would Be Most Satisfying To Finish:
Taylor- Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
This book has been on my TBR list for WAY too long. This book has been recommended to me, and I keep meaning to read it. It is definitely close to the top of my list.
Jessica- All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
I have been meaning to read this book for a while now. I keep starting it, but can’t seem to finish it! I've heard great things about it! Maybe I will read it all some day...
